Inside the 24-hour Fitness Center, you’ll find all the equipment you need for a productive workout, including treadmills, stationary bikes, free weights, and weight machines specially designed for seniors. Fitness instructors are available to help you with personal training to make sure you understand the right way to reach the right form.
